| just got back from going to valleyfair. that place is getting older and more boring each time i go to it. the rides just arent as appealing as they once were. i have to say, i still love wild thing, however. well tomorrow, i'm jogging then cleaning my room and hopefully buying school supplies. i actually really like buying school supplies because it makes me feel as though i'm starting on a clean slate, and in a sense i am. i'm really not excited for 10th grade, but i am excited to see all of my friends again. and for choir...i really miss choir a lot. not so much math, but choir. i'm taking AP bio this year, i love biology, so think it should be pretty fun.
Later days mis amigos! Lydia

| well, i haven't really written anything meaningful in my blog for a long time so i figured it's about time, right? so yesterday my family and i went to the renaissance festival which was totally fun! i'm thinking about getting a job there next summer. it would be fun to be a wench from the 1600's! so we got there at about 11AM and left at 630. omg, guys started hitting on me. that is the FIRST TIME any guy has hit on me. i started to flirt with them and then i would say something totally disgusting and random. like this one guy, adam, was hitting on me REALLY hard and then in the middle of my conversation, i was like, "Oh my gosh, i just threw up in my mouth a little bit! Excuse me!" omg, the look on his face was so great!! it was like, shock mixed with pity. totally priceless. but there were a lot of performers that just insulted you and it was just funny and great. there was a beggar that sat in the middle of the trail and would nudge you with a pot for money and then if you put any sort of coin in there, he would hit his head with a pan. i loved it! there was this guy that talked in spoonerisms so instead of Romeo and Juliet, it was Jomeo and Ruliet. took a while to understand him, but it was really funny, there were a bunch of double entendres and lots of pooing the dokey hokey (doing the hokey pokey). gahh, i just can't shake that 3 guys hit on me. ME! also at the festival there was this girl that had lime green hair with a pixie cut. i am so doing that next summer!! and then when the school year comes around, i'm going to dye it dark brown or something. i wanted her hair so badly! well, i have my first job interview today so i have to get myself looking presentable.
